Refund policy
In-Store Purchases
We accept returns on merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. After 14 days, items can no longer be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have the original receipt.
All furniture, lighting, rugs, sale items purchased are Final and do not qualify to be returned.
Online Purchases
Online customers will have 14 days upon arrival of an order to reach out to us regarding a return. After 14 days, items can no longer be returned. Call 843.306.5016 or email shop@perfectlypawleys.com to initiate a return. To receive your full refund, items must remain in their original condition. Shipping or return shipping charges do apply.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us at shop@perfectlypawleys.com with pictures of the damage and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement of your order.
Missing
All purchases come with a tracking number to the email address specified upon purchase. If your purchase is suspected missing, please wait at least 48 hours after the tracking status has been marked “Delivered”, for your purchase to appear. If your order has not appeared after 48 hours, contact us at shop@perfectlypawleys.com. If the order is not able to be recovered we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement order.
