Hosted by Hance Carver, the evening will begin with a Cacao Ceremony, where you’ll enjoy a cup of ceremonial chocolate. From there, you’ll begin to find your center with slow breathing and various breathwork techniques, followed by a spiritually guided meditation to help you relax and settle into the moment.The evening will conclude with a peaceful Sound Bath, where you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and tuning forks.
